Your brain. Your body.
Your life.
Let's connect the dots.
There’s usually more to the story
Brain fog. Low energy. Feeling scattered, overwhelmed, or a little unlike yourself. When everything feels connected, figuring out where to start can be the hardest part.
My work brings the brain and body into the same conversation. We look at the patterns, ask thoughtful questions, and make room for what your life can realistically support.
Evidence matters. And so does your actual life.
01 / Understand
Clear explanations of brain health and the everyday factors that influence how you feel and function.
02 / Connect
Sleep, food, movement, stress, recovery, and habits—all considered in the context of you.
03 / Apply
Practical steps you can build on, adjust, and return to when life inevitably does its thing.
Use this area to tell your story. Talk about your failure when you first started looking for a solution. Maybe there was a conspiracy against you, a false belief, a misunderstanding.

What guides my work
My mission is to help people better understand their brain and body, make informed decisions, and build health foundations that support everyday life. My vision is a future where caring for yourself feels more understandable, more personal, and more possible.
The RE:Vive Approach / A foundation for change
My coaching brings together three connected areas of support. They give us a way to see the bigger picture while choosing what matters most for you right now.
Understand the patterns.
Notice the habits, thought patterns, and responses that shape your days. Practice more supportive ways to respond.
Support the foundations.
Make realistic adjustments to sleep, nutrition, movement, stress, and recovery based on your needs and capacity.
Make room for your life.
Build habits, self-trust, and confidence while making space for the relationships, goals, and interests that matter to you.
Your support can take different forms, too: RE:View for a personalized review, and RE:Focus for a focused conversation.
